I’m a Usui/Holy Fire® Reiki Master, Crystal and Sound Healer, and Vegan Lifestyle Coach & Educator. Reiki found me in early 2020, and within weeks of my first session, I enrolled in Reiki I & II, going on to become a Reiki Master in 2023. With a professional background as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, I’ve spent years supporting individuals in improving their daily lives, managing stress, and navigating both physical and emotional challenges. This experience naturally led me to expand into a more holistic, integrative approach to health and healing.
